CL MEET

13th December 2025 marked the official beginning of OLÉ, एक khwaab, as Contingent Leaders from across various colleges ame together for a day filled with energy, collaboration, and anticipation. The room was alive with excitement as leaders gathered to plan, connect, and get a first look at what the festival has in store this year.

The day began with a warm welcome by the hosts, Roshan and Hishika, who instantly set the tone for the event. What followed was far from a routine introduction. If you thought it was just formal introductions, think again because OLÉ itself was introduced in style, giving everyone a taste of the chaos, creativity, and sheer fun that the festival promises. Next up, a special mention to the faculty whose guidance keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes.

Setting the stage for the day, Rutuja, Naval, and Yash delivered an electrifying opening performance that lifted the energy in the room. CLs then had the opportunity to meet the HoDs and coordinators, putting faces to names and gaining clarity on the teams leading each department of OLÉ.

One of the most awaited moments was the theme reveal. As the theme was unveiled, excitement filled the room, followed by the banner reveal, which brought the vision of the festival to life and helped everyone visualize how OLÉ will look and feel.

The event then shifted into interactive mode with a series of icebreaker games, including Guess the Character and Guess the Lyrics, followed by a competitive round of Split and Steal between the top teams. Laughter, strategy, and enthusiasm filled the room as points were scored and revealed, officially setting the competitive spirit in motion.

Next came the bidding for CC codes, where contingents had to make thoughtful choices that would shape their roles throughout the festival. This was followed by a concise brochure reading session led by the Events Department, along with briefings by the Technical and Security teams, ensuring everyone was well informed about their responsibilities.

The website launched by Aakash and Siya offered CLs a digital preview of OLÉ, giving them a clearer picture of the festival’s online presence. The momentum continued with the PR games hosted by the Public Relations HoDs Manali, Pravarsh and Wayne, which put creativity and communication skills to the test. Throughout the day, the PR HoDs and the entire PR Department emerged as the backbone, driving the event with high energy, seamless coordination, and constant support. Their hospitality stood out, with every CL assigned a dedicated point of contact to ensure smooth communication and efficient execution.

The day reached a memorable high with the trophy reveal. The beautifully crafted trophies, elegant and striking, immediately became symbols of the glory that awaits. Adding to the excitement, the PR HoDs took to the floor with an energetic dance before unveiling and lifting the trophies, turning the reveal into a celebration that truly captured the spirit of OLÉ.

The event concluded on a high note as HoDs delivered a lively dance performance and the JAM played live, filling the room with music and shared excitement. Refreshments provided the perfect opportunity for CLs to connect, unwind, and begin planning their next steps.

By the end of the day, one thing was certain. OLÉ, एक khwaab, is set to be an unforgettable experience, and the CLs are ready to turn this vision into reality.
